  1. Preheat a cast iron grill over medium-high heat.

  2. Weigh your portion of ground beef (6 oz) and shape into a patty. Season both sides of the patty with salt (1 tsp) and pepper (1 tsp).

  3. Place the patties on the grill and cook for 7-8 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  4. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheese (1 slice) to each patty and let it melt.

Burger Sauce

  1. In a small bowl combine all ingredients. Use a whisk to mix thoroughly.

Assembly

  1. Toast buns (1).

  2. Place the bun heel on plate.

  3. Spread the sauce on the top half of the bun.

  4. Add the patty with melted cheese (1 slice) on top.

  5. Finish with the top half of the bun (1).
