  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F or broiler on high.

  2. Weigh your portion of ground beef (6 oz) and shape into a patty. Season both sides of the patty with salt (1 tsp) and pepper (1 tsp).

  3. Place the patty on a wire rack on a half sheet tray. Place the tray in the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheese (1 slice) to the patty and let it melt.

Burger Sauce

  1. In a small bowl combine ketchup (½ cup), mustard (½ cup), mayonnaise (¾ cup), Worcestershire (2 tsp), salt, and pepper. Use a whisk to mix thoroughly.

Assembly

  1. Toast buns (1).

  2. Place the bun heel on plate.

  3. Spread the sauce on the top half of the bun.

  4. Add a patty with melted cheese on top.

  5. Finish with the top half of the bun.
